New Delhi, August 27, 2023: Covering across the length & breadth of Eastern India for over the last two decades, Inkyideas serves both urban and rural clients who are overjoyed with the graphics produced on a line of Pixeljet® printers. The company’s machine portfolio predominantly consists of Pixeljet® printers from Monotech Systems, which manufactures the brand Pixeljet® and provides one-stop solutions for the printing and packaging industry globally.
Incepted in the year 2009, Kalyani-headquartered Inkyideas has been engaging in digital large-format printing and extensive execution of turnkey outdoor campaigns for big brands throughout West Bengal and the neighbouring areas, in English and Bengali. The company has its main unit in Kalyan that covers the central and south West Bengal and Odisha, while its Raiganj unit is set for covering North Bengal, Assam, Bihar and Jharkhand. The next step expansion plan of Inkyideas is to open its third unit in Odisha soon.
“We understand the pulse of our clients, whether they are from rural or urban pockets. All we have achieved so far in our business has a huge contribution from Monotech Systems whose Pixeljet® machines play a vital role in production of flawless graphics to the sheer requirement of our clients,” says Mr Amit Kumar Kundu, Proprietor, Inkyideas.
He adds, “Whatever we do, we always try to make a difference. In this endeavour, we technically rely totally on Pixeljet® printers for everything we do to make a difference. We kick-started our relation with Monotech Systems around three years ago with the purchase of a Pixeljet® Prime solvent, which is currently running productively in one of our facilities without wear and tear.” He further mentions that they increasingly trust in the versatility and advancement of Pixeljet®, so is why they have subsequently invested in two more advanced models one after another—Pixeljet® Impulse UV flatbed & Pixeljet® UV miniRTR.
Pixeljet® Prime is ideally a very high-speed solvent printer equipped with Konica Minolta 512i printhead, powerful IR dryer and capable to run at 210 sq m/h for producing graphic up to 1440 dpi. Then the Pixeljet® Impulse printer is a capable UV flatbed to deliver impressive print quality with media versatility. Mr Kundu says this UV flatbed empowers them to print directly on diverse media for unlimited applications. “This new UV printer gives us the freedom to custom print on rigid materials like wood, glass, ceramic tile, melamine, home appliances, and many more,” he adds.
“Pixeljet® miniRTR with RICOH industrial grade printheads is yet another UV printer that we consider a game changer for us when it comes to printing on variety of signage and decor applications. It allows us to fulfil the demands of our customers who come to us for graphics on self-adhesive vinyl, outdoor materials, films, leather, wallpaper, etc,” mentions Mr Kundu. At the speed of 150 sq ft/hr, Pixeljet® miniRTR delivers graphics in resolution of 2400 dpi. Featured with UV LED curing system adjustable for different materials, this RTR system can take up maximum material size up to 1900mm.
With a strong team of around 15 signage printing and production professionals along with 7 highly skilled graphic designers, Inkyideas boasts a strong client base comprising big brands like Pantaloon, NTPC, Bayer, Godrej Agrovet, among others. “Today, we fulfil the desire and demands of our customers because of Pixeljet. High-speed printing capacity of Pixeljet® helps us meet the delivery deadlines.
