New Delhi, December 15, 2022: Monotech Systems, the manufacturer of Pixeljet® Series of digital large-format printers has installed Pixeljet® LEO 3200 UV LED roll-to-roll printer at Sonu Printing World in Vadodara, Gujarat. Being a bonafide user of Pixeljet® printers for years, Sonu Printing World continues its trust and reliance in the flagship machines of Monotech Systems.
Incepted in the year 2002, Sonu Printing World is a leading signage and graphic arts company with state-of-the-art production facilities. “Since our presence in the industry in the last two decades, we have cemented a strong relationship with Monotech Systems. Our production facilities are equipped with a line of the company’s flagship Pixeljet® digital large-format printers,” says Mr. Sonu Jagiasi, Proprietor, Sonu Printing World.
Mr. Jagiasi mentions that they have recently expanded its production facilities with the opening of a new unit at Kali Bagh in Vadodara. “As we have adopted a new Pixeljet® LEO 3200 UV LED roll-to-roll printer for our new unit, our next step plan is to tap business in new domains with the new printer,” he adds. Sonu Printing World works for customers comprising a host of big corporate customers from different sectors, viz. FMCG, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and many others.
Some of the long-term customers in the clientele of Sonu Printing World include ONGC, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, etc. “Whether a corporate company or a local walk-in customer, we equally treat every single customer who comes to us for mega signage projects or simple personal printouts,” tells Mr. Jagiasi. Customers of Sonu Printing World are dotted all around Gujarat and neighboring areas.
In his remark on choosing Pixeljet® LEO 3200, Mr. Jagiasi says the printer is the third Pixeljet® system in their production facilities. “We already have a Pixeljet® UVmini flatbed printer and Pixeljet® Hybrid Ultron+ in our facilities. The reason why chose a third Pixeljet® LEO 3200 is to explore new possibilities with UV roll-to-roll printing technology,” he explains. Equipped with industrial grade RICOH printhead, Pixeljet® LEO 3200 can print media up to 3200-mm size in 2400 dpi resolution at 70 sq m/hr, churning graphics in six colors – (CMYK)+White (LcLm) optional.
“Now that our facilities are fully equipped with a complete range of highly advanced and versatile Pixeljet® machines, we are ready to take up any sort of indoor and outdoor signage projects as well as other applications,” says Mr. Jagiasi, adding that Pixeljet® UVmini flatbed printer is for printing on mobile covers, accolades, corporate gifts, etc; Pixeljet® Ultron+ is a perfect machine for printing on rigid materials; and of course, Pixeljet® LEO 3200 for roll-to-roll printing on flexible media.
With the complete range of Pixeljet® printers in their facilities, Mr. Jagiasi says they are very optimistic about gaining growth in business. In this respect, he praises the effort and dedication of his 33-staff production team and support they keep getting from Monotech Systems without which, according to him, Sonu Digital World would have never attained the position they achieve today.
